Brig. Gen. R. Andrew Bassford, deputy commanding general of the 88th Regional Support Command, unfurls his one-star flag, which was presented during his promotion ceremony at the 88th RSC headquarters at Fort McCoy, Wis., Feb. 21, 2014. "I'm honored, and I hope to prove worthy of the honor," said Bassford. "But at the end of the day, this promotion just means that the Army has given me a little more leverage to do the things that actually matter - accomplish the mission and take care of soldiers."
