FORT BENNING, Ga., (June 12, 2013) -- Whether you shop at the Fort Benning Commissary or not, the Defense Commissary Agency wants to hear from you.
"Research professionals will be on our installation June 20-22 to conduct interviews with commissary patrons as part of DeCA's goal to provide a 21st century commissary benefit," said Arrie Carson, store director. "We get customer feedback daily in our store, but insight collected this way gives us a deeper understanding of important improvements we could make relevant to the desires of our customer base."
Participation is voluntary, Carson said.
Intercept interviewers may ask participants if they may accompany them in a "shop-along," and may ask if the person is interested in volunteering to participate in a focus group. Any commissary patron, whether or not they shop the commissary, who is interested in participating can make it known now by contacting the store at 706-544-3965 ext. 351 or arrie.carson@deca.mil.
"We need a wide variety of people to participate, and it will be time well spent to help make a great benefit even better," Carson said.
