More than 7,000 Soldiers assigned to the 1st Infantry Division participated in Victory Run, June 11, 2012, at Fort Riley, Kan. The run, which was led by Fort Riley’s Senior Commander and noncommissioned officer, Brig. Gen. Donald MacWillie and Command Sgt. Maj. Miguel Rivera, kicked off a week of sporting events and ceremonies that celebrated the history of the “Big Red One,” and marked the Army and division birthdays.
