WASHINGTON, Feb. 22, 2012 -- Secretary of Army John McHugh recognizes key workers in the CFC or Combined Federal Campaign, who exceeded their goals during 2011's annual fundraising drive, Feb. 22, 2012 at the Pentagon. The mission of the CFC is to promote and support philanthropy through a program that is employee focused, cost-efficient, and effective in providing all federal employees the opportunity to improve the quality of life for all.
