Grimes, tanker, 1-14th 2nd SBCT, at a ceremony in front of 1-14th Battalion Headquarters, Schofield Barracks, June 6. Grimes received the award for wounds he sustained from an improvised explosive device while serving as a sniper during a mission in Sadr City, Iraq, last April.
