FORT LEE, Va. -- Maj. Gen. Larry D. Wyche, Combined Arms Support Command and Fort Lee Commanding General, shares his thoughts on the critical importance of the Global Logistics 2020 Rehearsal of Concept Drill March 11.

The purpose of the GL2020 ROC Drill is to examine Army sustainment formations from the battalion back through the industrial base in order to: identify the roles, missions and capabilities supporting the Army 2020; identify gaps and redundancies in the logistics force; identify Reserve component capabilities for increased integration; understand logistics integration within the operational force; and identify the mission command and support relationships required to provide seamless support to the warfighter. Participation in the ROC drill is open to the entire sustainment community through the DCO (Defense Connect Online) system.

The ROC Drill continues through March 14. Access the discussion through Army Knowledge Online on the Sustainment Knowledge Network at https://www.us.army.mil/suite/page/372426. Once on the site, go to the "SKN Live Calendar," on the top right corner of the page, and click on the "Global Logistics ROC Drill" for that date and follow the instructions. A Common Access Card is required for this system.
