A U.S. Navy, MH-60S Night Hawk helicopter awaits the return of its medical crew following delivery of a patient from Camp Buehring, Kuwait to the U.S. Military Hospital at Camp Arifjan, Kuwait, Tuesday, June 3, 2008. The 44-bed U.S. Military Hospital Kuwait, staffed by Expeditionary Medical Facility Kuwait, includes about 370 Navy medical personnel from 30 different health care facilities. Medical professionals here provide care to the 20,000 coalition forces in Kuwait.
