U.S. Army Chief of Chaplains, Maj. Gen. Donald Rutherford, joined in a panel discussion to address questions and concerns of endorsers from various religious denominations who endorse chaplains for service in the military. Maj. Gen. Rutherford participated on the panel with the Chief of Chaplains of the United States Navy, Rear Admiral Mark L. Tidd, and the Chief of Chaplains of the U.S. Air Force, Maj Gen Howard D. Stendahl. The panel discussion was part of the combined National Conference on Ministry to the Armed Forces (NCMAF) and Endorsers Conference for Veterans Affairs Chaplaincy (ECVAC) annual conference, January 14-17 at the Hilton Alexandria Mark Center Hotel in Alexandria, VA.
