COCOA, Fla. (Nov. 15, 2012) -- On a partly cloudy Veteran's Day afternoon, families, veterans, and service members gathered at the Cocoa Campus of Brevard Community College here, for the annual Massing of the Colors ceremony.
Rain threatened the Nov. 11 ceremony, but didn't dampen spirits as the Joint Service Color Guard representing the Defense Equal Opportunity Management Institute began the ceremony. The color guard was comprised of both students and faculty from DEOMI, located on Patrick Air Force Base, Fla.
