Brig. Gen. James T. Williams, commander of 302nd Maneuver Enhancement Brigade, 412th Theater Engineer Command, administers the oath of enlistment to Pvt. Richard Boswell, an intern with the Georgia Department of Corrections State Offices South at Tift College, where Williams serves as superintendent in a civilian capacity. The 302nd MEB has a footprint of nearly 3,000 Army Reserve Soldiers in nine states from Maine to Florida.
