AUSA's Best Chapter

The Redstone-Huntsville chapter of the Association of the U.S. Army has been selected as the 2012 best chapter overall internationally. The chapter and Redstone leadership are recognized during the opening ceremonies at the annual AUSA annual meeting and exposition Oct. 22 at the Walter E. Washington Convention Center in Washington, D.C. From left are retired Gen. Gordon Sullivan, AUSA president; Command Sgt. Maj. Ron  Riling of the Army Materiel Command; Gen. Dennis Via, AMC commander; Paul Elliott, chapter president; Maj. Gen. Lynn Collyar, commander of the Aviation and Missile Command; Command Sgt. Maj. Tod Glidewell of AMCOM; and retired Lt. Gen. Roger Thompson, vice president of AUSA for membership and meetings. This is the eighth time that the Redstone-Huntsville chapter has won the Best Chapter Overall category at the national level.
