Soldiers give life at Armed Services blood drive

FORT BLISS, Texas " Jeff Rodriguez, medical technician at William Beaumont Army Medical Center, prepares Spc. Steven Kay, a supply specialist for 15th Sustainment Brigade, to donate blood Oct. 2, 2012. The 15th SB hosted the blood drive at its brigade headquarters on Fort Bliss, TX, to help increase the emergency blood supply used for Servicemembers in need. To continue these life-saving measures the 15th SB is scheduled to conduct additional   blood drives on Oct. 15 and 16 at its brigade headquarters. (U.S. Army photo by Sgt. Kay volunteered to donate blood at an Armed Services blood drive hosted by the 15th SB at its brigade headquarters on Fort Bliss, TX, to help increase the emergency blood supply used for Servicemembers in need. "My blood could help save a battle buddy's life," said Kay.
