Combined Federal Campaign kicks off at Rock Island Arsenal

D. Scott Welker, Army Sustainment Command deputy to the commander, provides remarks at the 2012 Illowa Bi-State Combined Federal Campaign kick off at Rock Island Arsenal, Ill., Oct. 3. The event "Walk A Little, Help A Lot" featured groups of walkers starting at different points on the island, then joining together at the RIA Fire Station where more than 30 charities were present to provide information. Last year's campaign garnered more than $681,000 locally.
