CAMP SABALU-HARRISON, Afghanistan -- Brig. Gen. Norvell V. Coots, surgeon general, International Security Assistance Force Joint Command, and Afghan National Army Maj. Gen. Mohammad Wardak, ANA surgeon general, visited the ANA logistics support area September 21, 2011 to gain a better understanding of the medical needs to support the mission of the Afghan National Detention Facility Parwan. The group also took the opportunity to tour the newly constructed administrative building on ANDF-P, where the new medical clinic for detainees will be located. The guests also met with Task Force Protector medical personnel to discuss the future needs and manning of the new facility.
