If you or someone you know is considering suicide seek help now.

Call the emergency room at Reynolds Army Community Hospital - 558-2800 or Behavioral Health - 442-4833 or ASAP (Army Substance Abuse Program) - 442-4205. You can also call the National Suicide Prevention Lifeline at 1-800-273-TALK (8255).

Do not put off seeking help. Soldiers can seek help from their cadre leaders or unit commanders. Do not be afraid to seek help. Your life is valuable, don't throw it away.
