Army Signs Covenant with Towns Near Benning

The Army signed a community covenant today between Fort Benning and the towns of Columbus, Ga., and Phenix City, Ala.  In the covenant, 11 community leaders pledge that they and the Army will continue with their commitments to Soldiers, Families, educators, employers, civic and business leaders, and citizens.
