The Army Materiel Command's Best Warrior Competition continued with day two on July 17 at Rock Island Arsenal, Ill. The top noncommissioned officers and Soldiers from AMC are gathered there for a three-day event to select the command's top NCO and Soldier of the Year. Top winners will advance to the Army headquarters level.
