Penny Kroul, Army Sustainment Command, discusses Rock Island Arsenal's upcoming 150th Anniversary Celebration with Jessica Tighe, host of the "QC Today" show on KWQC TV 6, July 3. The celebration, 10 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. July 7, is open to the public and will feature performances by the Army Golden Knights Parachute Team and Circurious Circus, live music, activities for kids, Civil War re-enactors, a car show and much more.
