U.S. and New Zealand forces train together during exercise Alam Halfa 2012, a military exercise hosted in New Zealand. The goal of the exercise is to exchange tactics and procedures, improve the defense capabilities of both nations in that part of the pacific, and pave the way for a future training relationship.
