HONOLULU-- Governor Neil Abercrombie presents Maj. Gen. Joe Chaves, deputy commanding general, U.S. Army Pacific the State Proclamation declaring 14 June, 2012 as "U.S. Army Day" in Hawaii. Soldiers from Headquarters and HQ Battalion, USARPAC join in the ceremony on June 7 at the Hawaii State Capitol.
