Westphal along with a crowd of more than three thousand people honor World War II veterans at a recent "Twilight Tattoo", June 6, 2012, at Joint Base Myer-Henderson Hall, Va. The theme of the ceremony was "Saluting World War II Veterans on the 68th Anniversary of D-Day". Twilight Tattoo is an hour-long military pageant featuring Soldiers from the 3rd U.S. Infantry Regiment (The Old Guard) and The U.S. Army Band "Pershing's Own."
