Sgt. Phillip Nichols, a mechanic with Company B, 168th Brigade Support Battalion, gets fitted for his new Improved Outer Tactical Vest at Camp Slayer, Iraq, March 14. The new vests were issued to Soldiers who arrived in-theater with the Interceptor Body Armor. The Soldiers also must have 120 days or more remaining in their deployment.
