* Current facility served 212 families in FY11 with children ages six weeks

to 18 years of age (Original Cost: $2.4M)

* New facility is a CDC-60 (60 child spaces) and will serve infants to

children five years of age

* CDC-60 is a $4.2M NAF Major Construction Project and was built because of

an extensive unmet demand for care (one year waiting list)

* Construction is at 85% completion.

* IMCOM will conduct pre-occupancy inspection May 10 - 11.

* Projected Grand Opening in June

* PBA Child and Youth Program is Nationally Accredited and DOD Certified

* Currently, the teen program has grown and we have a large waiting list for

care for youth in Junior High and Highschool. We have no space to meet the

demand for care for this age group.
