MEDFORD, Mass. -- Lt. Gen. Mike Ferriter, commander of Installation Management Command, and IMCOM Command Sgt. Maj. Earl Rice visited the Fletcher School of Law & Diplomacy at Tufts University on Thursday. After visiting with Dr. Richard Shultz, director of the International Security Studies Program, and other Military Fellows currently in residence at The Fletcher School, the general spoke to members of ISSP.
