WASHINGTON (March 9, 2012) -- The U.S. Army Chief of Staff Gen. Raymond T. Odierno announced the following officer assignment: Brig. Gen. Laura J. Richardson, Commanding General, United States Army Operational Test Command, Fort Hood, Texas, to Deputy Commanding General, 1st Cavalry Division, Fort Hood, Texas.
