ARLINGTON, Va. -- Secretary of the Army John McHugh, Army Vice Chief of the Staff Gen. Lloyd Austin and Sgt. Maj. of the Army Raymond Chandler all participated in the 2012 Army Family Action Plan General Officer Steering Committe meeting yesterday in Arlington, Va. More than 30 current issues submitted by garrison-level AFAP programs were discussed.
