FORT MCCOY, Wis. -- Brig. Gen. Alton Berry, the deputy commander of the 88th Regional Support Command, speaks to the Milwaukee Recruiting Battalion and representatives of some Midwest Army Reserve units Feb. 25 during a semi-annual Recruiting Partnership Council meeting at Fort McCoy, Wis.
