FORT A.P. HILL, Va. -- The Fort A.P. Hill Family, Morale, Welfare, and Recreation Directorate's trout season is open through April 30. The trout ponds are open to the public and all anglers must have a valid Virginia fresh water fishing license. Anglers must also obtain a mandatory free criminal history check from the Fort A.P.
