Secretary of the Army John McHugh visited the U.S. Soldiers' and Airmen's Home National Cemetery in Washington, DC, Feb. 8, 2012. McHugh is responsible for the Army National Cemeteries Program, which consists of Arlington National Cemetery and the Soldiers' and Airmen's Home National Cemetery, resting place for more than 14,000 veterans dating back to the Civil War.
