NFL players visit wounded warriors in Hawaii

SCHOFIELD BARRACKS, Hawaii " Former National Football League player John Lynch and Calvin Johnson from the Detroit Lions sign a football for a wounded warrior and Purple Heart recipient assigned to the Warrior Transition Battalion, here. The players were in Hawaii preparing for the all-star Pro Bowl game.

SCHOFIELD BARRACKS, Hawaii " An Army Soldier and Purple Heart recipient assigned to the Warrior Transition Battalion, here, talks with National Football League player Calvin Johnson, of the Detroit Lions, while former NFL player John Lynch of the Tampa Bay Buccaneers looks on. Johnson and Lynch visited with about 10 Purple Heart recipients in a private meet-and-greet. The players are in Hawaii gearing up for this year's all-star Pro Bowl game.
