PRESIDIO OF MONTEREY, Calif. - The Defense Language Institute Foreign Language Center's 229th Military Intelligence Battalion Company B held a change of command ceremony at the Presidio's historic Soldier Field Jan. 12.
Outgoing Company B Commander Cpt. Kenneth R. French transferred responsibility to incoming Commander Cpt. Ryan M. Wempe (left facing camera) with the traditional passing of the colors. The 229th MI Battalion Commander Lt. Col. Kent Webber (far left) presided over the ceremony.
