Professor Sarah Sewall, of the Carr Center for Human Rights Policy, John F. Kennedy School of Government, Harvard University, during an interview with the TRADOC News Service.  Professor Sewall discussed her participation in Unified Quest 2008. UQ is the Army Chief of Staff's wargame that is analyzing how the Army will operate in the era of persistent conflct. Sewall brings an outside perspective to help the Army formulate a strategy to move ahead and prepare for future conflicts.
