The Polish Armed Forces Doctrine and Training Center officially began operations during its inauguration in Bydgoszcz, Poland, Dec. 9. A representative from the U.S. Army Training and Doctrine Command was present during the ceremony to represent continuing efforts to strengthen collaboration and build partnership capacity with TRADOC's Polish counterparts. U.S. Army TRADOC was the first foreign counterpart to have a liaison officer accredited to the Polish Doctrine and Training Center.
