Jenkins III, U.S. Army Space and Missile Defense Command/Army Forces Strategic Command chief of staff, and Pam Mitchell, USASMDC/ARSTRAT chief of protocol, to observe the growth and change brought about by Base Realignment and Closure and its impact on the installation's energy and environment efforts and its effect on SMDC.
