NEWPORT NEWS, Va. -- Brig. Gen. Robert Dyess, U.S. Army Training and Doctrine Command, addresses the audience during the TRADOC band holiday concert at the Ferguson Center in Newport News, Va., Dec. 8. Dyess greeted more than 1,000 audience members, including about 300 new Soldiers currently attending the U.S. Army Aviation Logistics School at Fort Eustis, Va. The TRADOC band performs the annual holiday concerts not only to put Soldiers and their families in the holiday spirit, but also strengthen the bonds between TRADOC and its civilian neighbors.
