Sullivan, President & Chief Operating Officer of the AUSA and retired Army Lt. Gen. Thomas G. Rhame, Vice President of AUSA, at the Association of the United States Army 2011 Annual Meeting and Exposition at the Walter E. Washington Convention Center Oct. 12, 2011 in Washington, D.C. The Marshall Medal is awarded annually to an individual who has exhibited selfless service to the United States of America and it is the highest honor the association bestows.
