Education: Bachelor of Science in air traffic management from Embry Riddle Aeronautical University; Master of Business Arts from Embry Riddle Aeronautical University; and a Master of Science in operations research from Florida Institute of Technology

Favorite thing about working for the Army: I am an officer in the Army Resrve and one of my primary tasks is taking care of troops. Hence, working for the Army as a civilian allows me to take care of troops, not only on a one-weekened-a-month basis, but on a daily basis
