Congressional Staff Breakfast at AUSA

WASHINGTON-(Oct. 13, 2011) Lt. Gen. Eric B. Schoomaker, Army Surgeon General and U.S. Army Medical Command commander, and other Army senior leaders attended the 2011 Association of the United States Army Congressional Staff Breakfast Tuesday, Oct. 13, at the Walter E. Washington Convention Center. This event presented an opportunity for Army senior leaders to educate congressional staff members on current Army programs and initiatives. The keynote speaker for the event was Secretary of the Army John McHugh. Immediately following the breakfast attendees were invited to tour the AUSA Exhibit Hall, a venue where many presentations of Army assets and their industry counter parts were on display.
