ROCK ISLAND ARSENAL, Ill. - Sgt. Maj. Nicholas Castillo, G3 Operations, receives a Navy and Marine Corps Achievement Medal from Brig. Gen. Thomas Harvey, Army Sustainment Command deputy commanding general, for his contribution to the March and June 2011 joint retirement ceremonies between ASC and the Department of the Navy.
