Adjutant General-branch Florida native receives promotion to Captain

First Lt. Deborah Oge recites the United States Uniformed Services Oath of Office to Maj. Gen. William D. Razz Waff, commanding general, 99th Regional Support Command, during her promotion ceremony to the rank of captain at the Maj. John. P. Pryor Army Reserve Center on Joint Base McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst, N.J., on Sept. 30, 2011. Oge, a Florida native, is currently in the Active/Guard Reserve program assigned to the 99th Regional Support Command.
