Lt. Gen. Richard P. Formica, U.S. Army Space and Missile Defense Command/Army Forces Strategic Command commanding general, speaks to the Huntsville Rotary Club on Sept. 20. Formica praised the Rotary Club for what it does in the local, national and international communities. The Rotary Club is an organization whose goal is to bring together business and professional leaders to provide humanitarian service, encourage high ethical standards in all vocations and help build goodwill and peace in the world.
