Family, friends, community leaders and military personnel participated in a "Healing and Remembrance" ceremony in Jacksonville, Ala., honoring the late Maj. Dwayne Williams on the 10th anniversary of the Sept. 11 attacks on the U.S. Here, Col. Timothy Sullivan, commander of Anniston Army Depot, introduces Lt. Gen. Richard Formica, commanding general of the U.S. Army Space and Missile Defense Command/Army Forces Strategic Command as the keynote speaker. Williams, the son of Horace and Pearl Williams, was killed on 9-11 while serving at the Pentagon.
