FORT LEE, Va. - Rufus N. Montgomery, Combined Arms Support Command Logistics Branch deputy chief, receives his 45-year government service pin from William F. Moore, CASCOM deputy to the commanding general, Sept. 13. Montgomery enlisted in the U.S. Army in 1966, served 37 years and retired from CASCOM as the senior warrant officer advisor to the commanding general. He has been at CASCOM serving as a Department of the Army Civilian for the last eight years. He attributes his success to his wife, Patricia, his bride of 44 years.
