U.S. Army Training and Doctrine Command (TRADOC) employees paid tribute to the upcoming 10th anniversary of the September 11, 2001 terrorist attacks by placing flags in a memorial outside the TRADOC headquarters building on Fort Eustis, Va., Sept. 5-9. Employees cut 9-inch pieces of ribbon in red, white and blue colors and planted them in the field in front of TRADOC headquarters. The white border represents the Pentagon, the twin towers are represented in red, and the Hudson River is represented in blue.
