Afghan - ISAF leaders break new ground

The Afghanistan National Army (ANA) Ground Forces Command held a Ground Breaking Ceremony marking the start of construction on a new ANA Joint Operations Center. The center will be located in the South Kabul International Airport. In attendance at the ceremony was Lieutenant General Murad Ali Murad, Commander, ANA Ground Forces Command and Lieutenant General Curtis Scaparrotti, Commander ISAF Joint Command.
