FORT IRWIN, Calif.- The National Training Center and Fort Irwin celebrated the official grand opening of the Irwin Town Center with a Red, White and Boom! bash, which included numerous activities for the entire community and performances by Dawnn Lewis and Aaron Tippin and was concluded with a fireworks display.
