U. S. Army Forces Command (FORSCOM) held it's color casing ceremony June 24 in front of it's headquarters building at Fort McPherson, Ga. FORSCOM is moving to Fort Bragg, N.C., after 38 years at the Georgia installation. Though relocating as part of the 2005 Base Realignment and Closure act, the command will continue its mission of training and preparing Soldiers for deployment, as well as assisting in natural disaster and national emergency relief.
