Fort Monmouth closes medical clinic

Patterson Clinic closes

The commander of Patterson Army Health Clinic, Fort Monmouth, N.J., cased the unit's colors at an inactivation ceremony June 24.

Patterson is closing after 53 years of service as a result of the Base Realignment and Closure Law of 2005.

Activities at Fort Monmouth have been moving to Aberdeen Proving Ground, Md., and other installations. Patterson's last day of patient care will be June 30.
