ROCK ISLAND, Ill. - Brig. Gen. Darrell K. Williams, commander of the Defense Supply Center- Columbus, Defense Logistics Agency, visited Army Sustainment Command headquarters, June 23. Scott Welker, ASC deputy to the commander, Maj. Gen. Yves J. Fontaine, ASC commanding general, and Command Sgt. Maj. Stephen D. Blake briefed Williams on measures to formalize and strengthen partnership efforts between ASC and DLA.
