Huntoon Jr., commandant for the U.S. Army War College, promotes him from first lieutenant to captain during his dad's visit to Baqouba, Iraq, Nov. 2. Maj. Gen. Huntoon's visit allowed him an opportunity to gain lessons learned during the fight in Diyala province.
